A monitoring data processing method for earthquake prediction, and an earthquake prediction method and system, relating to the field of disaster warning. Said method comprises: arranging monitoring points in a region to be monitored; monitoring the characteristics of the charged particles overflowing from the earth surface on the monitoring points, so as to obtain measurement data related to the characteristics of the charged particles; analyzing the measurement data; acquiring a statistic value according to the analysis resu comparing the current statistic value with a previous statistic value; and acquiring, according to the comparison result, a fluctuation characterizing the change in the measurement data, so as to realize earthquake prediction of the region to be monitored. It is innovatively proposed to realize full-day monitoring of earthquake and real-time updating of data by monitoring charged particles overflowing from the earth surface, and thus an earthquake prediction can be issued in a timely manner by means of the analysis of data. The present invention enables people in an epicentral region to begin to take measures against the danger in advance, reducing personal casualty and property damage to the public.
