A method for providing an asset allocation service by a service-providing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: acquiring user analysis information on the basis of user input information input to a user terminal; determining asset setting information corresponding to the user analysis information; generating initial portfolio information by applying the asset setting information to an asset allocation engine which is based on pre-stored model information; providing the initial portfolio information to the user terminal, and acquiring, from the user terminal, user-customized information corresponding to the initial portfolio information; and providing the user terminal with real-time simulation information obtained using a user-customized asset allocation model determined on the basis of the user-customized information.
