The present invention relates to a ubiquitous integrated smart mooring platform based on an IoT technology and, more specifically, to a ubiquitous integrated smart mooring platform based on an IoT technology, wherein supply devices for supplying water, power, oil, and the like to a ship moored at a dock each have an IoT function, and when a user executes an application on a smartphone so as to select a supply device located close to a ship and pay cost, an integrated smart mooring management server controls so as to operate the supply device selected by the user and thus water, power, oil, or the like can be supplied to the ship.
