The present invention relates to: a siloxane oligomer obtained through a reaction of two different types of siloxane oligomers and an organometal; a preparation method therefor; a hard coating composition comprising the siloxane oligomer; a hard coating film, which is a cured product of the hard coating composition; and a display apparatus. A hard coating film composed of a siloxane oligomer cured product, according to the present invention, has excellent physical properties such as scratch resistance. Therefore, the hard coating film derived from the siloxane oligomer, according to the present invention, is applied to an optical film, for example, a window film such as a cover window, and thus a display apparatus having excellent physical properties can be implemented.
