METHOD OF WAGERING/VOTING VIA AN AUGMENTED REALITY DEVICE ON A REAL WORLD EVENT DISPLAYED ON A VIDEO

Methods are provided for allowing a plurality of players to wager or vote on one of a plurality of real world events being displayed on video displays that are potentially viewable by augmented reality (AR) devices, and monitor progress of the real world events and status of wagers or votes on the real world events using the AR devices. Each of the real world events are represented by a respective video feed that becomes displayed on the video displays. The AR devices are pointed at the video displays to identify the real world event.
