The present invention provides a node management method and device based on a block chain system, and a storage medium, so as to solve the technical problem that a server node existing in the existing manner is easy to profit by cheating. The method comprises the steps of: allocating a predetermined number of mining rewards, and transaction charges corresponding to all transaction information recorded in a packaged block to a successfully mined management server node; and allocating a set number of service charges to a management server node providing a non-transaction type service and each service server node executing the non-transaction type service allocated by the management server node. Embodiments of the present invention can urge participating server nodes to provide better services and prevent cheating and profit-taking behaviors.
