The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to a method for rapid diagnosis of benign and malignant tumours and associated diseases in accordance with an indication from the buccal epithelium - the ratio of the area of a nucleus to the area of a cell, which method comprises a micro-electrophoretic investigation in which identification of benign and malignant neoplasms in the organism of a patient at early and/or late stages of a disease is carried out on the basis of an established average statistical age curve of the electronegative nuclei of the buccal epithelium and on the basis of cytomorphological indices of a sample of the buccal epithelium, such as the shape of a nucleus, the colour of a nucleus, the shape of a cell, the membrane of a cell, the colour of the cytoplasm of a cell, inclusions in the cytoplasm of a cell, a sample and the specific assembly of the cells.
