SINGLE-BUILDING VERTICAL TYPE RETURNED MATERIAL CRUSHING EQUIPMENT AND CRUSHING PROCESS THEREOF

Single-building vertical type returned material crushing equipment, comprising an enclosed single building (12). A multilayer crusher placing frame that is vertically disposed is provided in the single building (12). Material crushers are sequentially arranged and placed on all layers of the crusher placing frame from top to bottom according to a material crushing and screening order. The crusher placing frame comprises a feeder (1) and a jaw crusher (2) located on the first layer, a first crusher (3) located on the second layer, and a vibrating screen (6) located on the bottommost layer. The discharge port of the jaw crusher (2) is butt-joined to the feed port of the first crusher (3). A height difference exists between the material crushers on adjacent upper and lower layers. A return device is connected to the bottom of the vibrating screen (6), and the return device is a staggered conveyor belt (7) disposed around the inside of the single building. The crushing equipment solves the problem of waste of unqualified materials.
