A method for evaluating a comprehensive performance of a numerical control machine tool based on an improved pull-apart grade method, relating to the technical field of performance evaluations of numerical control machine tools. The method comprises: performing standardization processing on performance index data of the machine tool by using a linear proportional method; determining a subjective weight of each index according to an order relation analysis method; determining two objective weights of each index by using an entropy weight method and a mean square deviation method; synthesizing information of the subjective and objective weights on the basis of the principle of a vector Pearson correlation coefficient; performing weighting processing on an index by using a comprehensive weight; determining a final weight coefficient of the index by means of a positive definite matrix corresponding to a weighted index matrix, and obtaining a comprehensive evaluation value of a third-level index on the basis of a linear weighted evaluation function; and finally, calculating a comprehensive evaluation value of a large-scale system upwards layer by layer by using a similar method. The present invention is used for comprehensive performance evaluations of various numerical control machine tools and lateral comparison of specific performances of different machine tools, and provides a scientific and operable evaluation method and procedure for comprehensive performance evaluations of the machine tools.
