The present application relates to the technical field of solid-state hard disks, and disclosed thereby are a production method for a solid-state hard disk and the solid-state hard disk. A particle detection device detects bad blocks of flash memory particles, obtains bad block detection information, and records the bad block detection information; a mounting machine mounts a main control chip and the flash memory particles of which the bad block detection information meets a preset condition on a printed circuit board, so as to obtain a solid-state hard disk assembly; and a card opening device obtains bad block detection information of each qualified flash memory particle on the solid-state disk assembly and writes the bad block detection information of the each qualified flash memory particle and a preset running program into the solid-state disk assembly so as to open a card for the solid-state disk and obtain the solid-state disk. In the present application, the bad block detection information recorded in a bad block detection link of the flash memory particles is directly written into the solid-state disk assembly at the card opening stage of the solid-state disk assembly, thereby eliminating the reliability test step of the disk or reducing the reliability test time, and thus reducing production time, improving the production efficiency and saving on human labor costs.
