METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SLEEP DEPRIVATION-BASED YIN-DEFICIENCY FIRE-EXCESS TYPE ORAL ULCER ANIMAL MODEL

A method for constructing a sleep deprivation-based yin-deficiency fire-excess type oral ulcer animal model, said method comprising the following steps: burning buccal mucosa of a rat by using phenol to cause white damage, and obtaining an oral ulcer animal model after 24-48 hours; placing the animal model in a multi-platform water-environment device for 2-7 days, the multi-platform water-environment device consisting of a rat box and a plurality of platforms which are arranged in the rat box and have diameters of 4-8 cm and distances of 10-20 cm therebetween; and filling the space between the platforms with water, the height of the platforms being higher than the water surface by about 0.1-2 cm. The method for constructing the yin-deficiency fire-excess type oral ulcer animal model overcomes the defects in the prior art of using a unique evaluation index, the model duration time being short, the pathogenesis not matching clinical results, etc.
