Disclosed is a medicine weighing and dispensing device for a traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, the device comprising a weighing mechanism, a recovery mechanism and a dispensing mechanism, wherein the weighing mechanism comprises a support (1), a control panel (5), an electrical control box (6), a linear vibrator (7), a weighing sensor (8), a weighing funnel (9) and a weighing overturning plate (11); the recovery mechanism comprises a medicine recovery bucket (2), a recovery pipeline (3) and a telescopic air cylinder (4); and the dispensing mechanism comprises a medicine receiving funnel (12), a second electric motor (13), an overturning plate (14), an upright column (15), a rotating disk (16), a third electric motor (17) and an index plate (18). Automated weighing and dispensing of traditional Chinese medicine can be realized, and same can improve the efficiency and shorten the time spent by a patient in filling a prescription. The dosing accuracy of each dose of traditional Chinese medicine prescribed is improved, contamination of the traditional Chinese medicine is reduced and the treatment effect for the patient is improved. The present invention facilitates changing the current situations of inaccurate dispensing, poor hygiene, low efficiency and high labor intensity during medicine weighing and dispensing in manual traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies, and has a great popularization value.
