By collecting and analyzing the precipitation data of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau over the years, the method for predicting precipitation on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau creatively puts forward water vapor content of the entire atmosphere, water vapor density and dew-point temperature of each isobaric surface as the main factors affecting the actual precipitation on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Through the establishment of a database, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is gridded to achieve a more practical regional division, and at the same time, it is divided at the preset time to achieve a more practical time division.
