The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hybrid-type international power transaction facilitation device comprising a smart blockchain-type international power transaction mediation module/append-only storage (AOS) blockchain module. The hybrid-type international power transaction facilitation device comprises: a power-supplying multinational integrated power module (100); a smart blockchain-type international power transaction mediation module (200); a power-consuming multinational integrated power module (300); and an AOS blockchain module (400). Electric energy is converted/generated in a power token type through the smart blockchain-type international power transaction mediation module such that international power transactions can be mediated through a power credit exchange function of power tokens, thereby making it possible to construct real-time money transfer and adjustment systems that are two to four times faster than existing systems.
