#$%^&*AU2020102086A420201008.pdf#####Abstract The present invention discloses a resistance induction method for Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum race 2 (FON2). According to the technology, watermelon Fusarium wilt caused by infection of the FON2 is alleviated in a combination of a melatonin mixed solution of an optimal concentration and NaHS. A treatment concentration of the melatonin mixed solution is 20-500 pmol/L; a treatment concentration of the NaHS is 10-250 pmol/L; and a treatment manner is as follows: the melatonin mixed solution is sprayed to leaves by 0.3 L per plant, and the NaHS is irrigated to roots by 1 L per plant. The melatonin is easy to decompose under strong light, and treatment is performed in the evening. Treatment time and frequency are as follows: watermelons are treated for the first time in flowering and fruiting periods, that is an earlier stage of fusarium wilt outbreak, treated for the second time after 5 days, and then treated for the third time after 12 days. The melatonin is a natural substance in plants and is nontoxic and pollution-free. The NaHS is decomposed to release H 2S and is degradable and pollution-free.
