This disclosure describes an air-powered device configured to propel seed from a storage container, through a series of hollow dispensing members, and into the ground. The device comprises a plurality of spades configured to create furrows in the ground, and the plurality of spades is configured to connect to a frame comprised within the device. The frame is configured to permit selectively raising and lowering the plurality of spades. This disclosure also describes an attachment securable to a seed-planting device. The attachment comprises a plurality of spades, configured to be selectively raised and lowered. This disclosure also describes methods for planting seeds.
