The control method for improving the refrigeration comfort of an inverter air conditioner comprises: determining an inlet air temperature; determining the reason for last shutdown of an inverter air conditioner; and controlling, according to the inlet air temperature and the reason for last shutdown of the inverter air conditioner, an external coil frequency increase/frequency reduction prohibition temperature point.
