This training teaching material presenting system is provided with: an operation acquisition terminal 10 for acquiring information about operation input for simulation work; a training teaching material generation server 20 which, on the basis of prestored information, generates a first display screen displaying specific tools necessary for any of the steps of maintenance work among a plurality of operation target images, a second display screen displaying a work target part of a specific process among a plurality of operation target images, and a third display screen displaying the work target part of the specific step in such a way that operation input for simulation work with respect to the work target part is executable, each screen as information that can be displayed and output; and a training teaching material execution terminal for displaying each screen of the first to the third display screens in accordance with predetermined output conditions. The predetermined output conditions are set in accordance with the order of selection operations for the plurality of operation target images acquired by the operation acquisition terminal 10 and the selected content.
