The present invention relates to an ecological terrarium environment creating apparatus for pets and a pet caring system comprising same which allow creation of an optimum ecological environment in accordance with the growth environment and the type of a pet to be kept in a terrarium, and allow caring for the pet in a remote manner. The apparatus is placed and fixed on a top opening of a terrarium (10). An ecological environment suitable for the type of the pet is created by means of an internal environment monitoring unit (130) and an environment creating unit (150). If an external environment monitoring unit (140) senses an effect of the external environment on the pet, the environment creating unit (150) is operated in order to reduce the effect, and thus an improved ecological environment for the pet is created.
