This health assessment system has a question information database provided with: a physical question group containing question items regarding current physical status and lifestyle habits of a user; a mental question group containing question items regarding the user's mental status; and an engagement question group containing question items regarding the user's drive or enthusiasm for assignments, wherein at least one of the groups: contains, as current-state question items, a plurality of question items regarding an assessment of the user's current state and a cause that is presumed to have led to the current state as can be determined from the assessment. The present invention is configured to: transmit, to a terminal of a user, question information generated on the basis of the group containing the current state question items; generate, on the basis of the user's answer information transmitted from the terminal in response to the question information, a score regarding the answer information and advice information regarding the answer information; and present the generated score and advice information to the user.
