Provided is an implementation method of domestic-abroad integrated services, characterized in that, the two countries forming an integrated entity to provide one-stop services, performing internal division of labor and internal settlement within the integrated entity; billing by the integrated entity; the integrated entity having domestic offices and foreign offices, as well as domestic agency qualifications and foreign agency qualifications. Documents produced by the domestic offices are stored in readable and writable format on personal computer terminals and local servers for easy editing and automatic backup; and the documents are stored in read-only format on foreign servers and cloud storage, multiple backups ensure data security and there are always backups that viruses cannot infect. According to the present invention, the cost of applying for foreign patent is greatly reduced, and the quality of the obtained foreign patent is greatly improved.
