A bearing steel ball special continuous heat treatment drum-type production line and process. The production line comprises: a drying device (B); a drum type heating furnace (D) comprising a furnace body (1), a drum (2), a spiral flow guide part (3), a heating assembly (4) and a driving assembly (5), wherein a feed end (10) is located at one end of the furnace body (1), steel ball blanks are fed to the feed end of the spiral flow guide part (3) by means of a spiral feeder (b), and a discharge end (11) is located at the other end of the furnace body (1) and is communicated with the discharge end (11) of the spiral flow guide part (3); a steel ball blank quenching system (E); a cleaning machine (F); and a tempering furnace (G), wherein the cleaning machine (F) comprises a rack (F1), a cleaning tank (F2), an oil-water separator (F3), a circulating system (F4) used for circulating separated water to the cleaning tank (F2), a conveying system (F5), a first oscillator (F6), a second oscillator (F7), a heater (F8), and a temperature controller; and the temperature controller controls the temperature of cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank (F2) to 45±5°C. On one hand, the output is increased, and the quality is stable on the premise of implementing continuous heat treatment on steel balls; on the other hand, the phenomena of ball adhering and ball mixing are avoided, and the cleaning effect can also be improved.
