Disclosed are a disaster response robot, the disaster response capability thereof being testable in LVC environments, a test server therefor, a trainee control terminal for trainee tests, and a trainee test server therefor. The disaster response robot comprises: a disaster area map receiver module for receiving a virtual disaster area map from a test server for evaluating a disaster response robot's autonomous task performance capability; a disaster area map storage module for storing the virtual disaster area map received by the disaster area map receiver module; a disaster response task receiver module for receiving a disaster response task from the test server; a constructive event receiver module for receiving a constructive event simulating a disaster environment, from the test server during autonomous performance of the disaster response task; and an autonomous disaster response task performance module for autonomously performing the disaster response task received from the disaster response task receiver module, in a live test space on the basis of the virtual disaster area map stored in the disaster area map storage module.
