An in situ synchrotron radiation X-ray absorption spectroscopy test device for a battery comprises, from top to bottom, an upper cover (1), an upper transmissive window (2), a middle insulation structure (3), a lower transmissive window (4) and a base (5). An upper transmissive hole is arranged at the upper cover (1). An accommodation cavity is arranged at the middle insulation structure (3). A lower transmissive hole is arranged at the base (5). Each of an upper end of the accommodation cavity and the upper transmissive hole faces the upper transmissive window (2). Each of a lower end of the accommodation cavity and the lower transmissive hole faces the lower transmissive window (4). The lower transmissive window (4) is sealingly connected to the base (5). A first transmissive window protection film (6) is provided between the upper transmissive window (2) and the middle insulation structure (3). A second transmissive window protection film (7) is provided between the lower transmissive window (4) and the middle insulation structure (3). Each of the upper cover (1) and the base (5) is sealingly and detachably fixed to the middle insulation structure (3).
