A temperature control method and apparatus for a heat pump-type constant-temperature and constant-humidity set, and a constant-temperature and constant-humidity machine. Said method comprises: detecting whether the auxiliary electrical heating of a heat pump-type constant-temperature and constant-humidity set reaches a rated power, and whether the operating environment temperature of the heat pump-type constant-temperature and constant-humidity set satisfies a first preset condition; and when it is detected that the auxiliary electrical heating reaches the rated power and the operating environment temperature satisfies the first preset condition, controlling the heat pump-type constant-temperature and constant-humidity set to enter the heating mode of the heating pump. The present invention solves the problem in the related art of high energy consumption of a constant-temperature and constant-humidity set in the heating mode, and reduces the energy consumption.
