The method comprises: obtaining diagnosis and treatment data of a patient (S10); performing standardized processing on the diagnosis and treatment data to obtain standardized diagnosis and treatment data (S20); and performing abnormal mining on the standardized diagnosis and treatment data by means of a preset nested loop algorithm to identify repeated charging data in the standardized diagnosis and treatment data (S30). The diagnosis and treatment data of the patient is standardized, the standardized diagnosis and treatment data is obtained, and abnormal mining is performed on the standardized diagnosis and treatment data by using the preset nested loop algorithm, so that the repeated charging data can be accurately identified, the identification efficiency is high, the cost is low, the hospital can be supervised to reasonably charge, and the benefit of the patient is guaranteed.
