Disclosed are an agricultural product supply system and method, and an agricultural product transaction processing method. The system comprises: a server, a monitoring device and a transit device, wherein the server is configured to receive a selection instruction from a consumer terminal, determine a transit device according to the selection instruction and allocate a verification code corresponding to the transit device to the consumer terminal; the monitoring device has a correlation with a producing area of a target agricultural product, and is configured to acquire an identity verification result of the transit device and generate, when the identity verification result indicates that verification is passed, a control instruction for opening a cargo inlet of the transit device; and the transit device is configured to contain the target agricultural product. The present application solves the technical problems of a farmer gaining a relatively low profit and a price paid by a consumer often being non-equivalent to the value of a purchased agricultural product due to the fact that there is no direct contact between consumers and farmers in an existing agricultural product transaction mode.
