The present invention is a flexible toe-stretching device that may be hooked on the toes for the stretching and strengthening of the toes, of the muscles of the sole, of the feet, and of the lower leg. The device is a serial kinematic chain of at least two units, one or more of which is flexible, and the first of which consists of five rings (1) that may be hooked on the toes. The five rings (1) are located next to each other and are connected separately to an intermediate element (2) in an exchangeable manner, either directly or through a strap (4) each.
