The present invention relates to an SDN-based VPN traffic scheduling method and a scheduling system therefor. The method comprises: configuring an SDN switching device to realize the construction of a communication link between a CE device and a PE device; configuring a VPN on a controller; the controller issuing a corresponding flow table to the SDN switching device, wherein the flow table is used for converting a repeated address in the VPN into a non-conflict space address so as to distinguish different VPN traffic; the controller configuring different traffic scheduling paths for the different VPN traffic according to a pre-set traffic scheduling strategy; and the controller issuing the traffic scheduling paths to the PE device. According to the present invention, VPN traffic is mapped to an address space with a non-conflict IP by means of an SDN switching device, and a VPN does not need to be taken into consideration during traffic scheduling between PE devices, such that the flexible scheduling of cross-data center traffic can be realized by flexibly using a plurality of flow guiding means such as strategy routing.
