An interaction method for a smart watch, comprising the following steps: (S1) collecting vibration signals of an accelerometer and gyroscope of a smart watch on the basis of a human body propagation vibration signal; (S2) using an abnormality detection algorithm to identify the vibration signals; (S3) pre-processing the vibration signals, and using an improved algorithm of a k-nearest neighbor algorithm to further classify and identify the vibration signals; (S4) analyzing the feedback of a user for the result and promptly correcting so as to maintain stable identification accuracy. Also disclosed is an interactive system thereof, comprising a signal detection module, an identification and classification module, and a real-time feedback module. By means of using a human body part as a virtual screen on the basis of the human body propagation vibration signal, and combining same with the improved machine learning algorithm, the interactive means of the watch is actually expanded, the user experience is improved, and the interactive means is novel and interesting, which may feasibly meet user requirements and may be widely applied in text input, watch games and so on.
