A mineral material for preventing demineralization of enamel, and an application thereof. The mineral material comprises a film forming protein (lysozyme, bovine serum albumin, insulin, and α-lactalbumin, etc.), amelogenin peptide, soluble phosphate, tri(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine hydrochloride, and a pH regulator. Mouthwash can be prepared by mixing the mineral material and an HEPES buffer solution diluted by ultrapure water, and toothpaste can be prepared by using a toothpaste auxiliary material, and other products for preventing demineralization of enamel are further prepared. The film forming protein molecules and tri(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine hydrochloride undergo phase transformation to form an amelogenin peptide-cladded biological protein two-dimensional nano film on the surface of enamel. The thin film is able to be quickly attached to the surface of the enamel, and biological mineralization is caused in saliva by mediation of the thin film, so as to grow new hydroxyapatite having high orientation on the surface of the enamel. The remineralized is similar to natural enamel, so that enamel demineralized by acid etching is repaired and tooth decay is prevented.
