After S8, the method shifts to step S2 and starts again. The present invention performs day-ahead, hour-ahead, and real-time scheduling, respectively, and prediction accuracy is continuously improved following the continuously shortened time scale; during real-time scheduling, sampling is continuously performed for feedback and correction so as to ensure that a contact line is within a section safe state to ensure safe operation of the power grid.
