BIONIC AND ANTI-STICK SURFACE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

A preparation method for a bionic and anti-stick surface, comprising the following steps: (1) grinding and polishing a steel sheet to remove an oxidation layer on a surface and to ensure flatness; (2) removing an oil stain using an organic solvent; (3) etching the steel sheet using nanosecond laser to form regularly arranged micro "mastoid" structures; (4) removing, using an acidic rust remover, an oxidation layer formed by etching the steel sheet; and (5) placing the steel sheet to a mixed solution of fluorosilane and ethanol to react for a period of time, and drying the product to obtain an anti-stick surface. Also disclosed is a bionic and anti-stick surface.
