According to an embodiment of the present invention, the episode management device is provided with: an episode obtaining unit for obtaining an episode inputted as text by a registered user; an episode management unit for managing the obtained episode; a registration tag extraction unit for extracting, on the basis of the obtained episode, a registration tag which is meta information of the episode; a registration tag management unit for managing the extracted registration tag as tag information associated with the episode to be managed; a condition obtaining unit for obtaining a condition inputted by a search user as condition information; a search tag extraction unit for extracting a search tag from the condition information; a registration tag presentation unit for presenting, in a selectable manner to the search user, a registration tag having high similarity to the search tag; and an episode presentation unit for presenting, to the search user, an episode having high similarity to the registration tag selected by the search user.
