A liquid distribution method, comprising the following steps: providing a buffer unit (100) used for receiving a reactor (20) and driving said reactor (20) to move, and used for distributing a sample into an empty reactor (20) located on the buffer unit (100); transferring from the buffering unit (100) to a ferrying unit (200) located at an initial workstation (30) the reactor (20) containing a distributed sample; and causing the ferrying unit (200) to move between the initial workstation (30) and a first workstation (31), and distributing a reagent into the reactor (20) located at the first workstation (31); wherein, during the process of moving or stopping the ferrying unit (200) bearing a reactor (20) containing a distributed sample, a sample is also able to be distributed into an empty reactor (20) on the buffer unit (100).
