A magnetic particle chemoluminescence immunoassay analyzer dark box detection system, comprising: a base plate (6); and a dark detection box (1) arranged on the base plate (6). A driving mechanism (3) is used to drive the assay cup seat (2) to slide. A detection mechanism (4) is used to detect a luminescence amount of a liquid inside the assay cup in the dark chamber (10). A transporting apparatus is used to place the assay cup into the cup placement slot (20) or remove the assay cup from the cup placement slot (20). An open-door dark detection box structure that is independent from a grasper is used, effectively preventing interference between substrate injection and negative pressure suction from the grasper, thereby improving the reliability of grasper motions and detection results.
