In the present invention, an augmentation device selects a prescribed dataset from an external dataset on the basis of a matrix calculated from the degree of similarity between a target dataset and the external dataset and from the degree of uniformity of the external dataset. The augmentation device performs learning of a generation model so that when a target class is designated for a generator, the generator generates data that is easily identified by an identifier as being genuine and that is calculated by a classifier so that the probability of belonging to a plurality of external classes is not zero and is uniform. The augmentation device designates a target class for the generator of the learned generation model, and generates data. The augmentation device extracts, from the generated data and as augmentation data, data identified as being fake by the identifier. The augmentation device affixes a target label to the extracted augmentation data.
