ENERGY EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS SYSTEM USING BEMS DATA

The present invention relates to an energy efficiency analysis system and a method for efficiently operating energy related responsible facilities by using same, wherein the system diagnoses the performance of each responsible facility related to energy by using building energy management system (BEMS) data and determines the inherent efficiency or lifespan of the facilities from the diagnosis such that the facilities to be used for energy management can maintain optimal performance. In addition, the present invention relates to a system which can diagnose, for each zone, the efficiency of cooling and heating compared to energy input by using the BEMS data.
