A blockchain system and method for issuing virtual currency with transaction information as a unique standard, comprising a platform which runs an artificial intelligence management program (1) in a server-free computing mode, at least one merchant node (2), a plurality of consumer account keeping nodes (3), and one unique merchant identity stamp node (5). Each consumer account keeping node (3) is connected to one artificial intelligence sub-chain (4), respectively, and each merchant node (2) and each consumer account keeping node (3) are connected to the merchant identity stamp node (5). According to the system, the characteristic of blockchain decentralization is utilized; a brand new blockchain transaction mode is developed; all nodes in the system can initiate transaction activities by themselves; all merchant nodes (2) and all artificial intelligence sub-chains (4) can read information of all blocks in the blockchain, and can also compile information by themselves and broadcast same. That is, the nodes can realize information sharing and jointly supervise the transaction activities, thereby effectively ensuring the transaction activities of the nodes in the blockchain system to be safely and smoothly performed.
