The present invention relates to a wiring unit device and a wiring device for a mine blind shaft or an underground pipe gallery. The wiring unit device comprises an electric motor provided at the center of an inner cylinder, a wiring port provided on the electric motor, a power source line with one end connected to the wiring port, a main rotating shaft provided on the electric motor, a main converter provided on an end portion of the main rotating shaft, a protection cylinder, which is sheathed on the main rotating shaft, with two ends respectively connected to the main converter and a housing of the electric motor, a ring rotatably provided on an outer side wall of the protection cylinder, a steel bolt connecting the protection cylinder and the ring, a telescopic wiring rod with a root portion mounted to an outer side wall of the ring, and an extension rod, which is provided coaxial to the wiring rod, with a root portion connected to an outer end of the wiring rod. The present invention has a rational design, has a compact structure, and is convenient to use.
