ZIGBEE WIRELESS NETWORK-BASED WAREHOUSE MONITORING SYSTEM

Disclosed in the present invention is a Zigbee wireless network-based warehouse monitoring system, comprising a sensor module. The sensor module comprises an ultrasonic sensor arranged at an access door of a warehouse; a correlation photoelectric sensor mounted in each storage area on a storage rack, the correlation photoelectric sensors having one-to-one correspondence to the storage areas; and a plurality of temperature sensors distributed at different positions in the warehouse. The sensor module is connected to wireless collection communication board slave units so as to transmit sensor detection data to a master unit by means of a Zigbee wireless communication network, and the wireless collection communication board master unit is connected to an upper computer; the upper computer is installed with control software, so as to perform classification determination on the detection data to determine whether a set threshold of each class is reached, give an alarm by means of an acousto-optic alarming device, and upload on-site data to a security network system. Warehouse storage locations, entrance guard, and a storage environment can be monitored in real time, and on-site information is sent to the security network system by means of the Zigbee wireless network for recording.
