The simulator (100) comprises at least one uterus model (200) and at least one fetal model (300), which includes a uterus body (210) with an opening (215); a receptacle (220) for at least partially accommodating the uterus body (210); and at least one laparoscopic port (230) intended to receive at least one instrument and adapted to be placed in the opening (215) of the uterus body(210). The fetal model (300) includes a fetal body (310) having at least one cavity (320), at least one defect model (500) intended to be at least partially accommodated in said cavity (320) of the fetal body (310), and a placenta model (400) intended to be placed in the uterus body (210) to maintain the fetal body (310) in a stable position.
