An automobile diagnostic report evaluation method, comprising: acquiring attendance information allocated to a vehicle-mounted device, wherein the vehicle-mounted device is used for generating an automobile diagnostic report (S101); acquiring working information corresponding to the automobile diagnostic report (S102); and evaluating, based on the attendance information and the working information, the authenticity of the automobile diagnostic report (S103). According to the method, firstly, attendance information allocated to a vehicle-mounted device is acquired, wherein the vehicle-mounted device is used for generating an automobile diagnostic report, and thus, by means of the attendance information, estimated working information corresponding to the automobile diagnostic report can be estimated; the working information corresponding to the automobile diagnostic report is then acquired, that is, actual working information corresponding to the automobile diagnostic report is acquired; and finally, based on the attendance information and the working information, the authenticity of the automobile diagnostic report is evaluated, thereby solving the technical problem of how to evaluate the authenticity of an automobile diagnostic report.
