The present application belongs to the technical field of agriculture, and provides a method for constructing a map of rice molecular markers on the basis of a competitive allele-specific PCR, and a use of the map in breeding. The method of the present application involves subjecting rice to whole genome resequencing, mining resequencing data for SNP sites, querying the SNP sites against an existing SNP database to obtain 565 SNP sites required for breeding, and mapping molecular markers by using the 565 SNP sites selected to construct the map of rice molecular markers. The map of rice molecular markers constructed in the present application displays the physical positions of SNP markers clearly, allows for a simple and convenient method of detection, can be directly used in molecular identification and genetic background analysis of important agronomic traits, and has great value for improving rice molecular breeding efficiency.
