The present invention relates to a diffuser for a centrifugal compressor including a vane having an inclined leading edge and, more specifically, to a diffuser for a centrifugal compressor including a vane having an inclined leading edge, which is capable of improving a performance of a centrifugal compressor by reducing a loss due to flow separation by having the inclined leading edge at a front end of the diffuser vane for a centrifugal compressor. According to the present invention, the diffuser for a centrifugal compressor including a vane having an inclined leading edge converts kinetic energy of a working fluid passing through an impeller in a casing into pressure energy. The diffuser for a centrifugal compressor includes: a disk having a shroud surface facing a hub surface of the casing and having an opening at the center; and the multiple vanes installed by being vertically erected between the hub surface and the shroud surface.
