The present invention relates to a preparation method reducing or removing a toxin-inducing component from snake venom powder in a membrane filtering method allowing penetration of protein of a predetermined size to simply purify only a single snake venom peptide having medicinal effect without changing component. According to the present invention, the preparation method comprises: a first step of dissolving the snake venom powder in sterile distilled water for 5 to 15 min; a second step of filtering a snake venom solution by the first step through ultrafiltration membrane with a cut-off size of 10 kDa to remove a toxic component included in the snake venom solution; a third step of acquiring separated and purified snake venom from which a toxic component is removed; and a fourth step of freeze-drying the separated and purified snake venom acquired in the third step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
