In a GOA driving circuit and a flat panel display applied to a flat panel display, the GOA driving circuit includes a front stage circuit (1), a center stage circuit (2) and a rear stage circuit (3), wherein the front stage circuit ( 1), the GOA driving subunit in the center stage circuit 2 and the rear stage circuit 3 receives the first clock signal CK and the second clock signal XCK, respectively, and sequentially produces corresponding gate driving signals. An interruption period is set in the first clock signal CK and the second clock signal XCK, and an interruption is generated between the corresponding gate driving signals sequentially generated. The touch sensing operation is performed in the interval of the interruption. In this manner, GOA driving circuit scanning interruption can be realized, and the touch scanning frequency is increased.
