The present invention comprises: a metal yarn fabric (102) formed by weaving metal yarns such as silver or gold yarns to absorb electromagnetic waves; a first fly ash panel (104) installed on the top surface of the metal yarn fabric (102) to absorb electromagnetic waves; a second fly ash panel (106) installed on the bottom surface of the metal yarn fabric (102) at a predetermined interval from the first fly ash panel (104) to absorb electromagnetic waves; a first rubber panel (108) installed on the top surface of the first fly ash panel (104) at a predetermined interval from the second fly ash panel (106), and coated with the extract of Korean Dendropanax to absorb electromagnetic waves; a second rubber panel (110) installed on the bottom surface of the second fly ash panel (106) at a predetermined interval from the first rubber panel (108), and coated with the extract of Korean Dendropanax to absorb electromagnetic waves; a first composite panel (112) installed on the top surface of the first rubber panel (108) at a predetermined interval from the second rubber panel (110), and made of a mixture of ocher powder and polymer powder to absorb electromagnetic waves; and a second composite panel (114) installed on the bottom surface of the second rubber panel (110) at a predetermined interval from the first composite panel (112), and made of a mixture of ocher powder and polymer powder to absorb electromagnetic waves.
