According to the present invention, an offshore plant bidding support system comprises: a document collection unit (110) to collect a plurality of supplied documents; a document scan unit (120) to determine scan areas of the documents collected by the document collection unit (110); a document extraction unit (130) to extract a predetermined document among the documents; a document recognition unit (140) to recognize covers of the remaining documents except the predetermined documents; a document comparison unit (150) to compare document data extracted by the document extraction unit (130) and cover data recognized by the document recognition unit (140); a document analysis unit (160) to analyze results compared by the document comparison unit (150); and a document evaluation unit (170) to evaluate results analyzed by the document analysis unit (160). Accordingly, an engineering procurement construction (EPC) company can show or visualize technical differences of invitation-to-tender (ITT) packages acquired from ordering entities in an estimate period to compare and analyze the technical differences by using a method of artificial intelligence.
