According to one aspect, the present invention relates to the method for producing the low-level wind data based on the reanalysis data which provides information on wind conditions required for determining whether or not a wind power generation complex is suitable. Provided is the method for producing the low-level wind data based on the reanalysis data, comprising: a step of obtaining reanalysis data; a step of obtaining marine wind data for a nearby sea based on the reanalysis data; a step of performing terrain correction to obtain land wind data on land; and a step of obtaining a wind condition information image on the basis of the marine wind data and the land wind data.
